ABSTRAK Transfusi darah suatu proses pemindahan darah atau kmponen darah dari seseorang (donor) ke orang lain ( resipien) yang bertujuan untuk menggantikan atau menambah komponen darah yang hilang. Komponen darah yang dapat digunakan untuk menaikkan kadar hemoglobin yaitu Packed Red Cell. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh transfusi PRC terhadap kadar Hbpada pasie DM di ruang Interna RSUD Dr.H.Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan Periode 1 Agustus 2019 – 31 Januari 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari data sekunder berupa data Rekam Medik Pasien,dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 64. Data disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi, dianalisa dalam bentuk statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien DM anemia berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 38 sampel (60%) dan laki-laki 26 sampel (40%). Kadar Hb pasien post tranfusi sebagian besar > 9 g/dl sebanyak 63 sampel (99%), dan kadar Hb< 7 g/dl sebanyak 1 sampel (1%). Kenaikan kadar Hb post tranfusi darah sebagian besar > 3 g/dl sebanyak 40 sampel (63 %) dan kenaikan Hb < 3 g/dl sebanyak 24 sampel (37 %). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) bernilai 0,000, karena nilai 0, 000 < 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh transfusi PRC terhadap kenaikan kadar Hb pada pasien DM di ruang interna RSUD Dr.H.Slamet Martodirdjo Pamekasan.
