ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pandemi Covid-19 di wilayah Kabupaten atau Kota di Provinsi Lampung Timur maka minat pendonor di Unit Donor Darah merosot dan akibatnya jumlah stok komponen darah di UDD PMI Kabupaten Lampung Timur menurun. Tujuan : Untuk membandingkan jumlah produksi komponen darah Packed Red Cell (PRC) selama masa pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) di UDD PMI Kabupaten Lampung Timur pada bulan April, Mei, Juni tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif (descriptive research) dengan melakukan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain penelitian cross sectional, populasi sebanyak 822 dan sampel sebanyak 269 pasien permintaan darah di UDD PMI Kabupaten Lampung Timur pada Triwulan II Tahun 2020. Data sekunder di analisa dengan analisis univariant menggunakan SPSS Versi 26 Hasil : Dari 822 total perolehan donor PRC. Berdasarkan waktu pada bulan juni sebanyak 300 pendonor(42%). Berdasarkan golongan darah adalah golongan darah A Rhesuss positif sebanyak 298(34%). Berdasarkan Jenis kelamin yaitu laki laki berjumlah 463(55%). Berdasarkan jenis pendonor yaitu pendonor darah pengganti 358(43%). Berdasarkan lokasi pengambilan seimbang. Berdasrakan usia yaitu usia 25-44 tahun( Kesimpulan : Untuk mengetahui gambaran ketersediaan stok Packed Red Cell (PRC) pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di UDD PMI Kabupaten Lampung Timur Triwulan II Tahun 2020 Kata Kunci : Stock Packed Red Cell (PRC), Minat Donor Darah ABSTRACT Background: The Covid-19 pandemic in the Regency or City area in East Lampung Province has reduced donor interest in the Blood Donor Unit and as a result the number of blood component stocks in BDU PMI East Lampung Regency has decreased.
