Latar belakang: Informasi yang harus ditempatkan dalam sebuah kerangka sistem sehingga dapat disajikan secara efisien dan efektif. Sehingga mempunyai kontribusi dengan adanya teknologi informasi yang canggih dapat dimanfaatkan oleh sebagian masyarakat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan manfaat sistem informasi pelayanan donor terhadap kepuasan pendonor di Unit Donor Darah (UDD) PMI Kota Surakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi: seluruh pendonor darah di gedung UDD PMI Kota Surakarta. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 97 responden dengan teknik sampling purposive. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan kuisioner tertutup yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli tahun 2021. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan editing, coding, tabulating, dan entering. Dan dianalisa dengan Uji Bivariat menggunakan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistik Versi 26. Hasil: Nilai analisis dapat dikategorikan sebesar 35,1856 untuk manfaat sistem informasi, sedangkan kepuasan pendonor darah dikategorikan sebesar 35,2577. Analisis data uji normalitas menggunakan uji kolmogorov smirnov. Hasil uji normalitas berturut-turut manfaat SIPD dan kepuasan diperoleh nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000 dan 0,000 yang berarti data tidak berdistribusi normal yaitu tidak memenuhi syarat p > 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara manfaat sistem informasi pelayanan donor terhadap kepuasan pendonor darah dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,238 dan nilai probabilitas 0,019 < 0,05. So that it has a contribution to the existence of sophisticated information technology that can be utilized by some people. Objective: To determine the relationship between the benefits of the donor service information system on donor satisfaction in BDU of Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta City. Methods: This research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. Population is all in building blood donors at the BDU of Indonesian Red Cross Surakarta city. The samples were 97 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data collection method using primary data with closed questionnaire which will be held in July 2021. Data analyzed by Bivariate Test using the help of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. Result: The analysis value can be categorized as 35.1856 for the benefits of information systems, while blood donor satisfaction is categorized as 35.2577. Analysis of normality test data using the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. The results of the normality test for the benefits of SIPD and satisfaction obtained probability values of 0.000 and 0.000, which means that the data is not normally distributed, that is, it does not meet the requirements of p > 0.05. Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between the benefits of the donor service information system on blood donor satisfaction with a correlation value of 0.238 and a probability value of 0.019 <0.05 Keywords : information Systems. blood donation, satisfaction
